A Brief History of Mach 1

In July 1988, Mach 1 Global Services was incorporated as a domestic and international freight forwarder headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. As our revenues, client base, and shipment volume increased, Mach 1 steadily expanded within key domestic markets, starting with an El Paso, Texas office in 1991 and growing to today’s 25 company-owned locations. To further increase our global presence and better serve our customers with international supply chains, in 2002, the company formed Mach 1 Aero Servicios as a legal Mexican operating and financial entity headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico. Mach 1 expanded into Asia in 2006—with seven mainland China operations as well as one in Hong Kong—and into India in 2010. Since the beginning, Mach 1 has offered our clients global reach with a local touch. We remain committed to that guiding principle as we expand our network of world-class operating partners as well as our own global footprint.
