Mach 1 CEO Jamie Fletcher is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of Mach 1’s organizational strategies, goals, and policies. In addition to implementing growth-based initiatives, with an emphasis on national account operations, she also serves as leadership development counsel, community liaison and corporate spokesperson. Based in Phoenix, she divides her time between the company’s Phoenix headquarters and its corporate field offices in the U.S., Mexico, and Asia. Fletcher has a long history with Mach 1, having worked for more than a decade at the Phoenix headquarters in the areas of administration and accounting.
Fletcher graduated cum laude from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with an emphasis in global business and strategic management, and holds a B.S. in Business Administration. She is a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization and serves as a forum vice chair for the Women’s Business Enterprise Council – West. Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling to the beach, and is a big Arizona Cardinals football fan.
COO Rob Lively is responsible for overseeing or advising on all areas of the day-to-day workings of the company. He is an officer of the corporation as well as an officer of Mach 1 Aero Servicios S.A. de C.V., Mach 1’s wholly owned Mexican subsidiary. Lively joined Mach 1 in 1990 as one of the first employees hired to handle operations as a primary responsibility, and was promoted through a number of intermediate positions until achieving his current role in 2001. He has been instrumental in setting up the current Mach 1 domestic operational network, and is heading up future endeavors to ensure new opportunities are brought forward to provide new services for our client base.
Vice President of Finance Debbie Wilcox is responsible for Mach 1’s financial reporting, cash-flow management, and accounting functions, including supervision of the annual audit. A CPA with more than 25 years of accounting experience, she joined the company in November 2007. Wilcox started her career with KPMG LLC, one of the Big Four accounting firms, and earned a Masters degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.
Debbie and her husband dote on their 7-year old granddaughter and enjoy family bike rides.
As the Vice President of Human Resources, Jennifer Fischer oversees all federal and state regulatory compliance matters, payroll, benefits, staffing, employee relations, workers compensation, and DOT compliance. Jennifer Fischer joined the Mach 1 team in September of 2012. Prior to joining Mach 1, Ms. Fischer worked for six years at a regional trucking company as the Human Resource and DOT Safety Manager. Ms. Fischer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, with a major concentration in Personnel Psychology/Human Resources from Washington State University.
As Vice President – International, Justin Panasewicz is responsible for our International strategy, Operations & Business development. Justin joined Mach 1 in June of 2006, and has held positions in field operations, field sales, district management and corporate development. In addition to his corporate responsibilities of overseeing our California district offices, Justin routinely travels the world to meet with our extensive network of overseas partners. This ensures that Mach 1 is continuously able to offer unique and world class international services to our valued clients.
As Vice President – Central Division Jared Licata is responsible for leading all operational and business development activities in the region. Mr. Licata is domiciled in the Pittsburgh District Office and divides his time among the central region’s various sales and logistics centers. He joined Mach 1 in May 2006 and has held various positions within the organization including domestic and international operations, sales as Vice President of Global Accounts, and leadership roles including District Manager. Prior to joining Mach 1, Mr. Licata managed various logistics functions at a national safety equipment supplier. Licata is a graduate of West Liberty University and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. In his free time he enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
As Vice President – Western Division, Austin Fisher is responsible for overseeing the operational and sales growth for Mach 1’s offices in California, Arizona, Washington and Oregon. Austin began his logistics career with Mach 1 and started with the company in June 2002, working part time while attending college. After many years of hard work and two relocations to Portland and San Diego, Austin was promoted to Director of National Accounts in November of 2009. Austin currently resides with his wife and three growing boys in Phoenix, Arizona. He enjoys outdoor activities, extreme sports, and helping coach his son’s football team.
Vice President of Corporate Operations Mike Harris is responsible for overseeing domestic transportation costs, cartage agent management and LTL cost optimization. Besides handling operations as a primary goal, he also assists in corporate field training in operating systems and with air and surface routing. Additionally, Harris also assists in managing complex customer rollouts.
Harris graduated from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University with dual emphasis in Transportation and Logistics as well as Marketing and holds a B.S.B.A. in Business Administration. In addition to over 25 years in operations and sales management, Harris also served as a U.S. Naval Reserve officer in combat ground operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
As the Director of Trade Services, Tanissa Loroña oversees all import brokerage activities and regulatory compliance matters. Tanissa Loroña joined the Mach 1 team in May 2016 as Air Import Manager. Prior to joining Mach 1, Mrs. Loroña worked for ten years at two large multi-national freight forwarders specializing in Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarding. Mrs. Loroña also worked in International Compliance for one of the largest global distributors of electronic components. Mrs. Loroña holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management , with a focus in International Business from Arizona State University.
