The scholarship recognizes high-potential young women business owners who are leaders in their community, with resources and guidance to excel their business and personal success. The Elizabeth Dole Young Entrepreneur Scholarship will be presented on September 9, 2008 in Washington, D.C. at the WIPP 2008 Annual Conference.
