 Michael Entzminger - Co-Chief Executive Officer
As Co-Chief Executive Officer of Mach 1 Global Services, Inc., Michael Entzminger oversees all company planning and growth, as well as manages all sales, marketing, and product development. Entzminger has amassed more than 31 years of experience in the transportation industry. After working for 12 years for Roadway Express, a ground cargo shipping company, he decided that he wanted to work in the air cargo sector and founded Mach 1 in 1988. With expertise in overall corporate strategy, Entzminger has served on a number of company boards and corporate executive committees. He was recently appointed to the Governor’s Board for Canada and Mexico Trade with Arizona. Entzminger graduated cum laude from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, specializing in marketing.

 Jamie Entzminger - Co-Chief Executive Officer As Co-Chief Executive Officer of Mach 1 Global Services, Inc., Jamie Entzminger is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of Mach 1’s organizational strategies, goals and policies. On a daily basis, she is instrumental in implementing growth-based initiatives within the areas of marketing and sales, with an emphasis on national accounts. Ms. Entzminger also serves as leadership development counsel, community liaison and corporate spokesperson. Based in Phoenix, she divides her time between the company’s Phoenix headquarters and its corporate field offices in the U.S., Mexico, and Asia. Ms. Entzminger has a long history with Mach 1, having worked for more than a decade at the Phoenix headquarters in the areas of administration and accounting. With an emphasis in global business and strategic management, Ms. Entzminger graduated cum laude from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.

 Rob Lively - Chief Operating Officer As Chief Operating Officer, Rob Lively is responsible for overseeing or advising on all areas of the day-to-day workings of the company. Mr. Lively is an officer of the corporation as well as an officer of Mach 1 Aero Servicios S.A. de C.V., Mach 1's wholly owned Mexican subsidiary. Mr. Lively joined Mach 1 in April of 1990 as one of the first employees hired to handle operations as a primary responsibility. Over his 15+ years with the company, he has advanced to operations manager in Phoenix in 1991, district manager in Phoenix 1992, to district manager in Los Angeles in 1996, to vice president-operations back in Phoenix in 1998, and ultimately Chief Operating Officer in 2008. He has been instrumental in setting up the current Mach 1 operational network, and is heading up future endeavors to ensure new opportunities are brought forward to provide new services for the client base of Mach 1.

 Eric Bond - President As President of Mach 1 Global Services, Eric Bond is responsible for all international, logistics, and domestic distribution operations including customer solution design, implementation, and execution. Mr. Bond began his career in Detroit in cargo aircraft operations from 1994 until 1999 including all international and domestic flight dispatch and scheduling operations for a fleet of over forty aircraft including DC-8's, DC-9's, Falcon 20's, and numerous corporate jets. Prior to joining Mach 1 in February 2007, he worked for one of the largest multinational freight forwarding and logistics firms from 1999 to 2007 where he held increasingly responsible positions in Detroit, Minneapolis, and Indianapolis from Operations Manager to Station Manager, Regional Manager, Managing Director, and Vice President including oversight of all aspects of international, domestic, and logistics sales and operations. Mr. Bond has traveled to and conducted business in over twenty countries throughout Asia, Europe, and the Americas. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1993 with Distinction and is an FAA licensed Aircraft Flight Dispatcher and certified IATA/ICAO/CFR 49 Dangerous Goods Specialist.

 Ron Wiltbank - Chief Financial Officer As Chief Financial Officer, Ron Wiltbank is responsible for finances and legal affairs, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Wiltbank is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Arizona. He previously worked at Price Waterhouse, Motorola and Donaldson Company Inc. Mr. Wiltbank also developed a Master’s of Accountancy course for Arizona State University. He graduated with University Honors (highest honors given) from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Accounting, a minor in Finance and a language emphasis of Japanese. Additionally, Mr. Wiltbank graduated with an MBA from Northwestern University’s prestigious Kellogg program. Ron has lived or worked in more than 10 countries, although he is one of the few people who can say their family has lived six generations in Arizona.

 Ernie Black - Vice President Administration As Vice President of Administration and Risk Management, Ernie Black is responsible for corporate services departments, Mach 1’s ISO Quality Management System (QMS), real estate leases and acquisitions, safety programs, and all federal and state regulatory compliance matters. In the risk management area, Mr. Black is responsible for managing Mach 1's insurance programs and claims. Mr. Black has also served as an officer of the corporation. Prior to joining Mach 1 in December 2000, he worked for Motorola, Inc. for over 25 years where he held various management positions of increasing responsibility. His last position at Motorola was manager of the Americas, Worldwide Services and Logistics. Mr. Black attended Phoenix College, Arizona State University, University of Texas, and Motorola University Management Institute.

 Denise Fultz - Vice President of Human Resources As Vice President of Human Resources, Denise A. Fultz is responsible for all company personnel matters, recruiting, compensation, employee benefit programs, and all federal and state employment regulations. Ms. Fultz is a certified compensation professional (CCP) and a certified benefit professional (CBP). Over her 20-year career, she has demonstrated that she is a comprehensively skilled leader in multi-million dollar enterprises, directing teams and operations to optimal performance and outstanding savings and profits. Ms. Fultz graduated cum laude from St. Mary’s College of Maryland receiving her B. A. in Social Science and has attended Gateway Community College and Rio Salado Community College to achieve various certifications. She is a registered Notary of Arizona and is currently a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

 Heriberto Salinas - Country Manager Mexico
As Country Manager, Heriberto Salinas is responsible for all sales activities and the day-to-day operations of all five Mach 1 Aero Servicios locations in Mexico, as well as the McAllen, Texas, and Laredo, Texas, facilities. Based at Mach 1 Aero Servicios’ headquarters and district office in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mr. Salinas divides his time between all facilities in Mexico focusing on sales development and customer relationships. Prior to the beginning of his successful career with Mach 1 in January of 2003, Mr. Salinas began his career in the transportation industry working for a major LTL provider for over six years, and also held a position as Import Manager for Whirlpool Mexico after graduating college. Mr. Salinas attended one of the most prestigious universities in Latin America, “Instituto Technologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM)”, where he graduated with a degree in International Business.
